Terms of Service — wleci.pl
Terms and conditions for using the wleci.pl website operated by Jakub Włosek — a private individual, pursuant to the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
§ 1. General provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the wleci.pl website (the "Service"), available at https://wleci.pl. The owner and administrator of the Service is Jakub Włosek, a private individual not conducting registered business activity, e-mail: [email protected] (the "Owner"). The Service is a personal portfolio and IT blog. Use of the Service is voluntary and free of charge. By using the Service, the User accepts these Terms.
§ 2. Definitions
Service – the website at https://wleci.pl and all its subpages. User – any person visiting or using the Service. Owner – Jakub Włosek, private individual, Service administrator. Account – an optional account registered by a User. Content – all materials published in the Service, including articles, code, project descriptions and other authored materials.
§ 3. Intellectual property and licence
All content published in the Service (texts, graphics, code, video) is the property of Jakub Włosek or has been used with the permission of rights holders, and is protected under the Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights. Copying, reproducing or distributing content without the Owner's written consent is prohibited, except for quoting excerpts with mandatory attribution. Code fragments published on the blog, unless otherwise stated, are made available under the MIT licence.
§ 4. Liability, changes and final provisions
The Owner makes every effort to ensure the information is current and accurate, but accepts no liability for decisions made based on it. The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove the Service at any time without prior notice. Changes to these Terms take effect upon publication. Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Owner's place of residence.
